First class service received. Very professional friendly service given. When we arrived we were greeted by a sales person and shown the car we had an interest in (he was very knowledgeable about all his stock).We had a test drive of the car straight away and are happy to say we are very pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Prestige Motors Kent in Dartford . We will go back when we need to update another one of our cars in the future.
A Good Experience.......
Having spotted the car of interest online I spoke with Marcin, who for a very small holding deposit agreed to hold the car until I could get there later that day to view it. When I arrived he was both friendly and accommodating, and subsequently agreed to a test drive... I actually had two, one with Marcin in the car and the second without. Following the test drives and a very good look around the car I decided to buy it and therefore left a reasonable deposit. I should mention that there was a fault with the rear parking sensors that Marcin agreed to rectify, this he duly did by having a defective sensor replaced. We collected it a few days later on the Saturday morning. Overall a no fuss and pleasant experience, and 6 months on we are very pleased with the car.
Great Volvo
I had been looking to replace my Volvo with another one. When I found some to look at they were not satisfactory or the reviews for the dealers were not good. On seeing a Volvo online at Prestige Motors Kent and the good reviews, I made the 50 mile journey around the M25 at 4.30pm, worrying about being late, they told me they would wait for me. After a test drive, I decided to buy the car. The car was prepared immaculately beforehand, the staff were very helpful, paperwork sorted there and then and I drove the new car home. Not bad for just expecting to look at this car. First class to death with.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the dealer. The young man who assisted me was exceptionally courteous, helpful and professional throughout the buying process, and I am now the happy owner of a very fine car.
