My first time buying exchanging etc .. even before seeing the car the chap that I dealt with over the phone was patient and explained the steps I had to take .. when we arrived we were showed the car and left for a bit to look it over etc .. did the paperwork and now I have a new to me car...cannot fault the guy we dealt with he was precise.. no pressure .. I can't recommend prestige motors and its staff enough .. thank you so much for all your help and patience..

They made up for a bad day thanks to the rail companies, due to no spend on infrastructure, signal failure again. i arrived very late, but we kept in touch frequently and did the deal even though their rep had to stay on. More importantly the car was as good as it looked in the photos, did the deal drove away to join the m25 in the rush. But had a grin on me face driving home and arrived home with a bigger grin. 4.2 engine made the journey smooth as silk. The best example of an S Type i've ever seen.
Purchase of Peugeot 307
They were helpful, patient and polite on the phone. My husband said their customer service is better than any car dealer we know. They have also being helpful in ensuring we sign up for the free annual AA breakdown cover. I will recommend them to anyone.

The car was very reasonably priced and in good order. The service was excellent, the best I've experienced when buying a vehicle. The guys that I dealt with were honest & helpful and did not try to put me under pressure at any point. Can't recommend highly enough.
A good experience
Easy to deal with and contact. Recently purchased an A5 which required a new steering component under warranty. Marcin was very helpful and the car was repaired by my local Audi specialist. I live 200 plus miles from Prestige Motors but this didn't put me off using them and I would use them again.
